Crispy Bacon
Bacon is usually very oily and salty. When using you can cook as it is or add little oil so that you can cook the flavored oil in your other dish
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Lay bacon on non stick pan. You can add a tiny amount of oil if you like
- 2
Cook bacon on medium high heat so that it does not burn
- 3
Toss the bacon regularly so that it cooks evenly on all sides
- 4
Cook until golden brown. I used my bacon to add to scrambled eggs but you can cook further until it darkens and can be easily crushed and sprinkled onto soups or even salad
