Ingredients

1 person
  1. Fresh fish
  2. Frying oil
  3. Salt
  4. Garlic
  5. Ginger
  6. Lemon
  7. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the scales using a knife, wash the fish well and cut some lines across like the way I did.

  2. 2

    Then crush your three cloves of garlic and ginger, add the lemon juice and little salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then take the mixture of ginger and garlic and lemon and smear the fish.

  4. 4

    Now deep fry your fish till to be brown and crunchy. Serve with you hot ugali and enjoy.
