Vegetable Stew Vegetable Stew
I used my left over vegetables . One egg plant was gone half bad, used my frozen tomatoes , and add a can of black beans. You can use any can of legumes ( chickpeas , white beans, but lentils would not be a good idea, )if you don’t want to use oven you can use same pot to cook if you are too lazy or have no time. . I think putting then to oven make taste better. Rae -

Hungarian Vegetable stew (Lecsó) Hungarian Vegetable stew (Lecsó)
This is one of the easiest Hungarian dish. If you like spicy food you can add some hot pepper. Also if you don't like lard or shortening you can of course substitute with oil. Or if you are a vegetarian just leave out the sausage. 🤗 I usually make homemade noodles (nokedli) for this dish but any kind of pasta will do. Henrietta Török -
Mascarpone and Vegetable Lasagna Mascarpone and Vegetable Lasagna
The lasagna I had at a friend's house was absolutely delicious, so I asked her for the recipe. The original recipe just uses only the tomatoes from a can of tomatoes, but I added the whole contents.Even if it seems like a lot of work, be sure to sauté each vegetable and season lightly with salt and pepper. As for the bechamel sauce, the saltiness of the cheese alone was enough to season it. I used the canned tomatoes as-is without adding any seasoning. Please use the oven temperature indicated as a guideline. If it looks like the lasagna is burning, cover it with aluminum foil. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -

Chicken & Tomato Stew from Vegetable Soup Chicken & Tomato Stew from Vegetable Soup
I made this recipe variation after I got a craving for tomatoes. I got the idea of making this soup after someone made a soup from a stew we had the night before whilst I was travelling.I'm using breast meat, but thigh meat is much juicier. If you want to make this recipe a bit healthier, then omit the flour. The vegetables in this soup have already been blended so if you want to give your stew a bit of texture, feel free to add any vegetables you find in your freezer. If the aroma isn't too strong for you, feel free to keep the garlic in. Recipe by Garumeri cookpad.japan
