  • 3 cupcooked white rice
  • 2 lbground beef (uncooked)
  • 1/4 cupshredded hot pepper cheese
  • 1/4 cupshredded Italian five cheese
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cupfresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tspdried parsley
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 4 tspminced garlic
  • 1 tspseasoning salt
  • 2 can (15 oz)spaghetti sauce
  • 6green peppers

Steps

30 mins

    Cook rice as directed

  2. 2

    Cut tops off green peppers

    When rice is done cooking, mix all ingredients (except the sauce) in a bowl

    Stuff peppers with mixture

    Top with your spaghetti sauce

    Cook for 6-8 hours. You can top with cheese upon completion
