Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 1tomato
  3. 200 gboiled meat
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 1chopped quarter piece cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoe untill well cooked

  3. 3

    Add boiled meat and stir continuously for three minutes

  4. 4

    Add the chopped cabbage and salt to taste

  5. 5

    Cook for about five minutes then stir for a minute

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve with ugali
