Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 10 gyeast
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. Water
  6. Sesame seeds
  7. 1egg for eggwash

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven,prepare the bread tin.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix flour,sugar,yeast and salt then make a well at the center,knead the dough till soft and elastic,place it in a warm place by covering it with a dump cloth and allow it to proof for 45 mins.

    After 45 mins,deflate the dough then knead it for 3 to 4 mins then roll it to the size of the tin and place it inside the tin,brush the top with an egg wash,sprinkle sesame seeds then cover the tin,put it in a warm place and allow it proof again for 45mins then put it in the oven.

    Bake for 30mins or more till it has browned on top
