Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgliver
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Tomatoe s
  4. 1medium carrot
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. 1 cupfresh milk

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Try removing the 'skin' on the liver before cutting it. Soak it in the milk for about 10-15 minutes.

    In a sufuria, sauté the onions. Add the tomatoes and carrots and stir till well done.

  4. 4

    Now add in the liver (without the milk) and stir well. Salt it and add a ½ cup of water. Bring it to a boil stirring occasionally. If water reduces before it's cooked through, add a little bit more.
