Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsself raising flour
  2. 100 gmsbutter
  3. 2tsps salt
  4. 1 tspdry oregano
  5. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. For spreading(2 tbsp soft butter,1 clove of garlic finely chop
  8. Chopped finely dhania
  9. Salt to the spread

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl add the flour,butter. Rub till resembles bread crumbs

    Add the herbs,salt,sugar,chilli flakes. Mix well

    Add milk & bind. You can add water if needed.

    Make a medium soft dough.

    Put a tsp of oil on it,cover let it rest for an hour

    For the spread,take the butter add salt,dhania,pepper

  7. 7

    Mix well

    After an hour,divide the dough in two equal parts

  9. 9

    Roll out a big round on a flat surface. With a butter knife spread the butter mixture.

    Then from the end start rolling like a swiss roll. Make sure its tight.

    Now cut into 1/2 an swirls

    Bake these in a pre heated oven @160°c for 15-20 mins

    Serve warm with soups,pasta,stews...
