Ingredients

  1. 3 cupssoaked rice
  2. 1 kgbeef marinated with spices and mala
  3. Spices (tumeric, rosemary, bay leaf, biriani masala
  4. to tasteGaram masala, salt
  5. Maziwa mala
  6. Garlic paste
  7. Finely chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, onions
  8. 3large potatoes diced and deep fried
  9. Food colour (egg yellow)

Cooking Instructions

    Take your beef marinade put in a pot a bring to a boil until its well cooked

  2. 2

    In a different pot prepare the sauce. Cook the garlic paste on low flame untill its nicely done the aroma is heavenly sent😁 then add in your chopped tomatoes and later your vegetables

    Deep fry your onions and potatoes

    Back to the beef add in your potatoes and onions and stir until they are well coated. After afew minutes add your sauce and set it aside

  5. 5

    Take your soaked rice and boil it with whole spices I used cinnamon sticks when almost ready add in your colour

  6. 6

    Serve while still hot with either kachumbari or steamed cabbage
