Pork with Onion Stew

This is like a lamb stew, made more econimcally with inexpensive cubed pork shoulder (a better substitute than beef, in my opinion). If you can't find cubed pork shoulder, you can cut up pork tenderloin or pork butt. Of course, you can use lamb or beef if you've got it, or if you don't eat pork.

Known as a common chinese food around the world, this pork stew dish has a homemade flavour and easy to cook. This time I'm using the unminced garlic, instead the whole garlic cloves.

This is such a simple recipe yet so tasteful. This is a dish to make on a lazy sunday, where you can't be bothered to do much.

I kinda just made up while working. I wanted to make something thing for my client that did not have chicke. So I found chuncked pork stew meat and made up the recipie with what they had.

This farm dinner is inspired by delicious tender fresh pork shoulder, usually four lbs. of super lean meat after the bone and fat have been removed, stewed with onions, white beans, and mushrooms. I cut this recipe in half, even if you are cooking only for yourself, it still makes five dinners, but you can freeze this stew, it gets better when frozen and reheated.

I created this for dinner last night and the husband says it's a keeper. The rich stew goes well with a side of rice. I think this tastes even better the next day, after the rutabaga has had a chance to mellow. If you make it let me know! I love to hear what you think about my recipes!

This recipe started as a play on French onion soup. Now it's one of my favourite things to make (and eat) when the weather turns cold. For extra decadence, sprinkle the piping-hot stew with finely shredded gruyere before serving.

A good way to use up any kind of homemade or storebought salsa. This one was made using some salsa quemada from the farmers market that wasn't going to keep that long in the fridge.Works great with chicken thigh meat, too.I like to serve over steamed rice or with crusty bread.

I love a warm comforting meal on rainy days

Lunch.as always I cook for my husband. This is pure recipe from my head.Not copy cate anyone. In this dish I choose pork ribs cut because I want the gravy have the taste of born.It added extra flavor to the dish.

Another recipe I create on my own. I love to try varieties and somehow it turn out well. Hubby said his tummy is happy and that why he reluctantly have meal outside. He is a family man and he prefer to have food at home. And I am more than happy to cook all the meal because it is my hobby too 😃 no artificial flavor only salt and brown sugar.

I had pork filet that I bought on sale, so I made this. Usually I make 'filet cutlets,' but it's delicious simmered as I did this time. I'm thinking of using it in a curry flavored stew next time.Coat the filets with flour and pan fry until crispy and golden brown. Use the fat that comes out of the meat to cook it. Make sure to drain excess oil and fat with paper towels after the meat is pan fried. For 4 servings. Recipe by Koba
