Beef with Green Peppers Beef with Green Peppers
I ate beef with green pepper at a diner. I arranged it to be easy to make. I made the taste to suit our family's tastes! My family loves this recipe.-I use bottled grated garlic, but you can also use one clove of minced garlic!-There is no need to season the beef in advance so it is easy to make. You can use all kinds of parts of the meat such as offcuts, belly or shoulder meat.-You can also add other vegetables you find in the refrigerator. Recipe by Miruchan mama cookpad.japan -
Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers
My husband and I like pork more than beef. You all could see that through my recipes. Today, I am cooking with beef, just so I don’t look like a dysfunctional cook. Not for long though....I just got a package of beef that has the most marbles on it. Cut out the best piece to make a steak later, and use the rest for stir fry. Don’t even know which parts of the cow. I have to rely on the package, but throw mine away so I just have to call it beef. 2choi -
Stir-Fried Beef with Celery (牛肉炒芹菜) Stir-Fried Beef with Celery (牛肉炒芹菜)
This stir-fried beef with celery is the first dish my grandfather taught me to cook when I was a teenager. I even wrote an essay about it, and my Chinese teacher read it to the whole class as an example! The beef is tender and juicy, while the celery stays crisp and refreshing. It’s quick, easy to make, and packed with protein and fiber. Every time I cook this dish, it brings back warm memories of my grandfather. Serve it with rice for a simple yet flavorful meal! Enjoy! Mongolian Beef Rice Bowl Mongolian Beef Rice Bowl
I love Mongolian beef, so I've been trying to find an easy recipe that taste like I like. This one is pretty close. But it seems to be a fine line between the proper flavor, and too salty. Using broth to replace some of the salty soy sauce, balances the salty and flavor out, I think. Fo Fa -
