Cooking Instructions

Soak the abacha and pour in sieve to drain the water,rinse the ugba.
2

In a pot mix the cooking oil and ngorr,salt,diced onion,diced fresh pepper,mix with the abacha,smoked fish,and ugba.
3

Turn all togther cut the utazi in it and heat up to warm up.

What to make for supper. I had cooked chicken. I wanted something cheesy and crispy. These turned out soooo well I’ll be making them in all different flavors. And we were eating hot deliciousness in about 15 minutes. I used my air fryer. You can use your oven too. It’ll just take a little longer.
