Ingredients

6-8 people
  1. 3-4skinkess chicken breats cubed
  2. 1/2 lbschorizo (Spanish susage) chooped
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1onion
  5. 5garlic cloves
  6. 2 lbsshrimp peeled
  7. Kielbasa sausage chopped
  8. 2 cupsrice
  9. Cantamato sauce
  10. 5 tbspcooking oil
  11. 8 cupchicken broth
  12. 5scallions chopped
  13. 4 tbspTabasco sauce
  14. 2 tsppaprika
  15. 3 tspcreole seasoning
  16. 2 tspblack pepper
  17. Salt for taste

Cooking Instructions

    Turn stove on to medium heat. In a large pot ad cooking oil and sautee onions green peppers and garlic

    Add your chicken and stir. Once chicken begin to cook add your seasonings.

    Add creole seasoning, paprika, black pepper, Tabasco sauce and stir

  4. 4

    Add the rice. Stir to blend ingredients together.

  5. 5

    Add chicken broth and stir.bring to boil and once boiling stir and reduce heat. Allow to cook until half liquid is reduce.

    Add the shrimp, chorizo, kielbasa, chopped tomatoes, scallions and stir to blend ingredients.

    Reduce heat, add salt stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

    Note - if you really want to spice up the jambalaya add one chopped jamaican pepper to give it a kick at the beginning when adding the rice........WOW😅😅😅😅😅
