Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdates
  2. 5 table spoonghee
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 20cashews
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1/2 cup milk

    Roughly chopped deseeded dates soak in the milk 30 minutes

  3. 3

    This mixture put in the mixer jar and grind to a fine paste

  4. 4

    Take the dates puree in a thick bottomed pan

  5. 5

    Keep cooking till it starts to change to dark colour and becomes slightly thick at this stage start adding ghee

  6. 6

    Keep cooking in low flame

  7. 7

    Turn off heat 1/4 tsp cardmon fried cashews mixwell

  8. 8

    Put it in a bowl and allow it to cool
