In a bowl mix all dry ingredients together and stir make a whole in the center and pour in warm water to form a non sticky dough

Allow to rise for 30mins, deflate then cut dough into 3, roll out dough as long as you want and plait the dough to become one, allow to rise for 30mins and bake on medium heat for 25mins, serve with coffee. Tea or pepper soup
