Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 1 kgIrish potatoes sliced
  2. 1tablespoonful garlic paste
  3. 1tablespoonful powdered turmeric
  4. 1 bunchScallion (green onions)
  5. 1 handfulfresh rosemary leaves
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a Sufuria, put the Potatoes. Then add in salt, turmeric, and mixed spices, mix them well.

    Add in the garlic, Rosemary and a tablespoonful of oil and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the Scallions, mix well. Grease your grilling trays, and arrange well the potatoes in them, evenly. Let the potatoes marinate for 20 minutes. Then, Heat your grill for 5 -10 minutes, and put the trays in. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes in a medium heat or until the potatoes are well cooked.

    Check if ready, then wrap them with an aluminium foil and set aside. Then, Shallow fry your sausages.

    Next, Chop your cabbage in your desired size, place in a Sufuria, Add a tablespoonful of margarine and place on a low heat to cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how soft you want them to be (or steam cook).

    Serve your potatoes with the cabbage and the Sausages, with the chilli of your choice.
