Cara Memasak

Masukkn kesemua bahan cecair iaitu yogurt, susu, butter & telur kedlm mangkuk pengadun. Diikuti dgn garam & gula perang

Kemudian masukkn tepung, BS, BI & rempah. Buatkan 1 lubang kecil dgn jari diatas tepung lalu masukkn yis. Atas sekali taburkan sultanas & kulit oren

Tekan setting doh (10) & tunggu selama 1 jam 30 min hingga selesai & doh naik cantik

Kemudian tumbuk2 sedikit doh. Keluarkan doh, bahagi doh sebanyak 15 biji atau timbang sebiji doh seberat 75g. Rounding & susun didalam loyang 9 x 13 inc.

Letakkan didalam loyang. Tutup dengan plastik. Biarkan doh naik selama 30min atau hingga 1.5 - 2 kali ganda. Kemudian pipekan pes crosses diatas bun

Bakar pd suhu 180c selama 20 min atau lebih 2,3min jika mau keperangan.

Keluarkan dri oven. Sapu bahan glaze dipermukaan supaya bila sejuk bun kekal lembut & cantik berkilat. Selepas 5 min pindahkan keatas rak dawai dan biarkan sejuk. Hepi meneraiiii
