Ingredients

Serves: 5 - 6 persons
  1. 1 packet mushrooms
  2. Tomake a paste
  3. 2 tspthick curd
  4. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  5. 2 tspSambhar powder
  6. 2 tsprice powder
  7. 1 tspcorn flour
  8. 1 tspBengal gram flour
  9. 1/4 tspAsaefoetida (perunkayam)
  10. ½ tspn each Curry and Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  11. 3Green chillies (finely chopped)
  12. 2onions (big size)
  13. 2Carrots (big size - grated)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix ingredient and saute.

    Stuff the ingredient and coat on mushrooms and shallow fry it until crisp and golden.
