  1. 11/2 cupraw Groundnut
  2. 5 cupsFlour
  3. 4Eggs
  4. 1 TspVanilla Flavour
  5. 2 tablespoonPowdered milk
  6. 3/4 cupSugar
  7. 1 TspBaking powder

    Arrange /assemble ingredients

    Start by cracking ur eggs then add baking powder

    Add milk, flavour,sugar and milk

    Whisk

    Get a wide big bowl n pour Groundnut

  6. 6

    Pour little qty of egg mixture into groundnut and mix

  7. 7

    Sprinkle flour making sure you are turning n shaking d bowl so that it doesn't stick

    Continue process number6 & 7 repeatedly till flour n egg mixture are exhausted.

    Allow to stand for 10 mins

    Fry on low heat with canola oil or any good vegetable oil.

    Allow to b golden brown

    Allow to cool at least for 2 hours but preferably over night.

    Serve
