Ingredients

one serving 😋
  1. Arish potatoes
  2. 20 gspinach
  3. 4 cubesmaggi
  4. Red oil
  5. 15 gtomato paste
  6. 1average ball of onion
  7. Red pepper
  8. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  9. 1seed of garlic
  10. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the back of the Arish potatoes and wash, cut into four slices

  2. 2

    Place your pot on d fire and pour 10g of red oil

  3. 3

    Slice little onion in it and allow to fry. Note: do not allow onion to burn

  4. 4

    Add your tomato paste n continue to stir until it's fried.

  5. 5

    Add your pounded red pepper and onions into the pan & continue to stir for three minutes

  6. 6

    Add water and ingredients. I.e Maggi,salt, pounded garlic and allow to boil.

    Put the Arish potatoes inside the pot & cook until it's done

  8. 8

    Add your curry powder and stir a little then you add your vegetable to it & allow to simmer

  9. 9

    Note: Curry powder is more effective when added in the last phase of your cooking

  10. 10

    Yummy!!! Serve hot!!!😋😋😋
