Cooking Instructions

    Wash and parboil the rice

    Pour little oil in a pot and stir fry the rice for 5-8mins

  3. 3

    Add the spices and seasoning

    Add the peas, onion, diced carrots and green pepper

  5. 5

    Add little water or stock

  6. 6

    Cover and lower to steam for 8-10mins on a very low heat

  7. 7

    For the peppered liver

  8. 8

    Wash and dice liver

  9. 9

    Cook with little salt and onion and set aside

  10. 10

    Pour oil in a pan and add scotch bonnet,spring onion, seasoning and spice

  11. 11

    Add the liver and stir fry for 4mins

  12. 12

    Serve n enjoy
