Crispy Cookies for Christmas Crispy Cookies for Christmas
Strawberries are not enough to decorate a cake. So I made these decorative cookies.Reference:.Of course, there's no need to wait until Christmas to enjoy these! For gingerbread cookies, add powered ginger, cinnamon, ground clove and 1 tablespoon of honey. It'll become dark-colored gingerbread cookies that have a long shelf life. Add the spices at the same timing as the cocoa. You can keep the cookies for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container in room temperature. If you use them for decoration, it won't keep long in humidity. If the cookies are just for decoration, then they will keep more than 3 weeks. Recipe by Choco makaron cookpad.japan -

(Roast them in a 160℃ oven or roast lightly in a frying pan.)・Powdered sugar for decoration is optional. You can enjoy them without it.・You can use chopped walnuts instead of the sliced almonds. The Best Rice Flour Cookies The Best Rice Flour Cookies
This recipe is a variation of my recipe for perfectly crispy cookies. When I replaced the cake flour and almond flour with rice flour, the cookies came out light and melted in my mouth.Rice flour bakes faster, so the baking time is shorter than it was for the original recipe.Rice flour is more sensitive to humidity than cake flour. The day you bake the cookies, they'll be crispy, but the next day, they'll be soft and moist. They taste good either way. Recipe by yumechoco cookpad.japan -
