Cooking Instructions

In a sufuria wash the meat and add ginger and gsrlic paste,add grated carrots,salt,tomatoes,black pepper,garsm masala,pilau masala and curd mix them well and 2 cups water then bring to boil.

Take a bowl put potatoes add alittle food colouring and put aside,now place a frying pan on a medium gas,Add oil in the pan and let it to be hot,When the oil is hot add in the onions and fry until golden brown and crispy.

When the onions are ready remove them and keep aside,next fry the potatoes and let the food colouring remain in the bowl.Turn the potatoes so that they can cook both sides.the potatoes dont need to be tender as they will still cooked again in the curry.

When the potatoes are done turn of the gas and add the crispy onions in the boiling curry,let it boil for some time.

When the meat is ready add in potatoes and tomato paste,and alittle water and salt to taste.let it boil again until it becomes thick.after its ready remove and keep aside. And prepare the rice.

Wash the rice,after take a sufuria put it on a medium gas,put 8 cups water add salt,and bring to boil,let it boil for some time after that,check if the rice is cooked,if its cooked place draining bowl and drain the water from the rice, after return the rice in the sufuria and add 2tsp of oil and food colouring that was kept aside,then return the rice on the gas on a low flame so that it can cook nicely. When ready remove from gas and its ready to eat. ENJOY😋
