Cooking Instructions

    Zeera, gol mirch aur sabut dhania (halka sa roast kar ke isko grind krlen)

    Aik pan mein ghee garam kar ke piyaz dalen jab piyaz golden brown hojaye phr us mein rai dana zeera daalen aur sth he matar alo aur timatar daal kar pakayen.

    Phr is mein lal mirch, pisa dhania, karri pata, aur jo masala roast kar ke grind kia tha 1 tbsp add kar ke 10 mint pakayen.

    Phr is mein 1 glass pani add karein sabzi gal jaye jab bubble aney lgen pani mein to roti ke pieces ke ke us mein add karein aur 10 mint tak pakayen.

    Jab pani jab pani khushk hojaye to last mein butter add karein 2 sec dam dein aur hara dhania hari mirch ke sth garnish karein.

    (Rat ki roti bach jati hai usko bahir na rkhen freez krlen jab mood ho roto masala bana kar khayen aur enjoy karein.)
