These mighty power balls are loaded with both protein and flavour. These are nutrient dense, delicious and super satisfying. These are a great grab and go breakfast.

Cooking Instructions

Combine all the ingredients and run it in a mixer grinder until crumbly.

You can add a splash of water in case you find it difficult in getting the things together.

Lastly give a light pulse to the peanuts separately so that it's not completely reduced to a powder and hold it's crunch. Then add these bits of peanuts into the previously grinded mixture.

Roll into approx 3 cm wide balls.
You can roll it in cocoa powder, coconut or leave as it is.
