Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 kgtomato
  2. 250 gminced meat
  3. 1onion (medium shape)
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. For garnish:
  7. Fried pine nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Make several cuts for the tomato peel, then put tomatoes in the boiled water for 5 mins so it can be peeled easier.

    Peel off the tomatoes and take out the seeds.
    Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

    Cut the onion into small cubes.

  4. 4

    In a pot, pour oil, then add onion and stir until its gold colour.

  5. 5

    Add the minced meat and cook until well done.

  6. 6

    Add the shoppped tomatoes, black pepper and salt.

  7. 7

    Keep cooking till all ingredients are well mixed together and well done.

    Pour in dishes, garnish with fried pine nuts.

    Served hot beside burghol with vermicelli.
