Ingredients

  1. Stroganoff
  2. 1/2 cupDuxelles see my recipe
  3. 1-1/3 poundground sirloin
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonground mustard powder
  7. 2 tablespoonsparsley flakes
  8. 1/2 teaspoonthyme
  9. 1 pintbeef broth
  10. 1/2 cupsour cream
  11. 2 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  12. 1/3 cupall purpose flour
  13. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  14. Pasta
  15. As neededwater to boil pasta
  16. 1 tablespoonssalt to boil pasta
  17. 12 ouncesegg noodles extra wide
  18. 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil to boil pasta

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta.

    Brown the beef adding in the Duxelles. Add the spice and herbs to the beef.

  3. 3

    Add the Worcestershire sauce, and butter. When the butter is melted add the flour.

  4. 4

    Incorporate everything in the skillet stirring often till the flour is cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the broth and stir allow to thicken. Remove from heat adding in the sour cream. Stir in well.

    Serve meat mixture over the noodles. I hope you enjoy!!!
