Ingredients

  1. 1Yellow onion
  2. 18 ozSour cream
  3. 32 ozChicken broth
  4. 1/4 cupCooking sherry (optional)
  5. 3 tbspGarlic (3 cloves, smashed)
  6. 1 1/4 lbGround beef
  7. 1 1/2 cupSliced Mushrooms
  8. 1 packagesEgg noodles
  9. 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  10. 1 cupgreen peas

Cooking Instructions

    Toss beef into shallow skillet, stove top burner on high. Brown meat with the onion, garlic, broth, and cooking sherry.

    Slice mushrooms. Toss mushrooms and peas into meat mixture. Simmer in broth until mushrooms are tender.

    Combine soup and sour cream and heat on medium. Add beef mixture and stir well until creamy. Add milk to thin out sauce if needed. Add noodles. Serve, enjoy.
