  1. 4LBS. Top sirloin steak
  2. 6 cupswater
  3. Seasoning salt and garlic powder
  4. packageLAWYERS beef stroganoff seasoning
  5. 16 OZsour cream
  6. Sliced mushrooms
  7. Extra wide egg noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Cut steak into bite size pieces.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Cook steak until brown. Add water and beef stroganoff seasoning.

    Bring to boil then lower heat to low and let simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Once done turn off heat and add sour cream. Turn heat back on and let mixture heat back up. If mixture is to thin you can add a corn starch slurry. Add mushrooms if desired.

    Once egg noodles are done serve, pure a serving of noodles on plate then stroganoff mixture on top.
