Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 200 gPaprika
  3. 170 grbrown rice
  4. 3/4 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  5. 1garlic clove
  6. 1/2 cantomato paste
  7. 100 grWhipped Cream
  8. 10 grDragon, parsley and thyme
  9. 1/2 cubebroth (150 ml)
  10. 1 tablespoonflour
  11. 2 teaspoonsmustard
  12. 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  13. 250 grmushrooms
  14. Butter

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Prepare the bouillon. Heat the water (equal amount as the rice) with some salt.

    Cut up the onion, garlic and mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Bake the onion, garlic, Bell pepper and mushrooms for 6-8 minutes.

    Cook the rice for 10 minutes. Once done, let it steam out without a lid.

    Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce tot the pan. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Bake for 1 minute.

    Add the vinegar (1tbsp) and broth. Stir before adding the whipped cream and 2 tablespoons of mustard. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add it all together and finish it off with the fresh herbs!
