Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsSoya beans
  2. 3 tablespoonLemon juice
  3. Oil
  4. Cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the soya beans and grind it.

    Sieve it with a very fine material not rough one

  3. 3

    Pour the milk into a pot and boil

  4. 4

    After it started boiling add the lemon juice

  5. 5

    The cheese will accumulated in one place put it in the fine material and tie it to reduce excess water.

    In a bowl put the cube and add water to melt it.

    Cut the cheese and deep in the cubes water then fry.

    Eat with pepper powder or spicy sauce.
