  1. 75 gfrozen soya bean or edamame
  2. 50 gcucumber
  3. 1spring onion, trimmed
  4. 50 gradishes, trimmed
  5. 1 tspsoya sauce
  6. 2 tsprice vinegar
  7. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Put the soya bean into boiling salted water and cook for 6 minutes until just tender.

    Chop up the cucumber, spring onions and radishes.

  3. 3

    Drain the soya bean, rinse in cold running water, then drain again.

  4. 4

    Put into a bowl, season and add the soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.

    Stir in cucumber, spring onion and radishes.
