Ingredients

  1. Fresh tofu,as required
  2. 3 cupstomato puree
  3. Ugu leaves,chopped
  4. 1large onion
  5. Grated scotch bonnet
  6. Ginger and garlic pastes
  7. Beef/chicken,cooked and fried
  8. cubesSeasoning
  9. Spices
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Salt
  12. Curry
  13. Thyme
  14. Ground crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot heat the vegetable oil, add sliced onions and sauté. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for few seconds.add curry and thyme and the tomato puree. Stir fry till there's no water left.crumble in the seasoning cubes, add salt and spices.stir well to combine.add the fresh minced tofu and stir then cook for 7mins. Lastly add the ugu leaves and ground crayfish and stir well.cook for 5-7mins and it's ready. Enjoy!
