Ingredients

  1. 4Medium onion preferred yellow
  2. Stuffing
  3. I cup uncle rice
  4. 1 cupground meat beef or lamb
  5. 1/4 cupdry parsley
  6. 2 tablespoondry mint
  7. 1 teaspooneach
  8. Salt,pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, all spices
  9. 3 tablespoonoil
  10. 1/2 canTomatoes sauce
  11. Sauce
  12. 11/2 cupbeef broth
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  15. 1/2 teaspoonpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the onion head clean the skin slice in half not all way till you get to the heart then stop

    Boil the onion over medium heat for 15 minutes drain and cool with your fingers the cool cook onion start peeling easy don’t worry

  3. 3

    Mix the stuffing and use full tablespoon of it and stuff the onion and roll it

    Get the sauce ready heat it up add it over onions cook in the oven at 500 f for 10 minutes when you see the broth boiling cover the onion reduce the heat to 350 and cook for 40 minutes enjoy
