Ingredients

  1. Halfyam tuber
  2. Cabbage stew
  3. Cabbage as desired
  4. 6tomatoes
  5. 5scotch bonnets
  6. 3onions
  7. 3chili pepper
  8. Seasonings
  9. Chicken,meat or fish anyone

Cooking Instructions

    Peel,cut and Wash ur yam

  2. 2

    Boil it adding a pinch of salt,cook until tender.

  3. 3

    For the stew,all u need are listed above,first of all wash ur chicken,meat or any other protein u want,cook with onion and seasonings until soft nd tender.

    Grate or blend ur vegetable I.e tomatoes nd the rest,set aside nd wait for the chicken to get cooked.shredd or cut the cabbage into desired size nd also the onions

    Add little oil after the chicken is soft add the grated or blended vegetable and add ur seasonings of choice.

    Stir nd mix,add 1/2 cup of water nd add the already cutted cabbage and the onion stir nd cover the pot to allow the cabbage to cook

    NOTE:when cooking vegetable soup,stew or sauce we don't add water to it becos the veggies have their own restored water when cooked the water in them will be enough to get them cooked.But when we add water it will be over cooked.
