Buns for Sliders
I made this using a bread maker, but you can knead it by hand. We love sliders but we can't find the perfect buns for them. You can glaze the top with yolk and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for better finish. This recipe will yield about a dozen buns, more or less. If the buns are too thick, cut and remove the middle part. You can use this for sandwiches later! When you are making bread, sometimes you need to add more flour or fluid. Check the consistency of the dough and add flour or fluid accordingly.

Italian Bread-Style Okara Bread
By chance I baked bread using some okara I had in the freezer. This bread had the same moist, tender and fluffy texture and lightly salty taste of bread I had in a New York Italian restaurant. On January 13th, 2009 I revised this recipe to include butter. The first time I baked this bread I used leftover okara I had in my freezer, however now I buy okara and freeze it in 50 g amounts to use for this bread. For one loaf. Recipe by MeguBroaden

Breakfast rolls with spelt flour. They have a bit of a crumbly texture and a light nutty flavor.Spelt four has a different gluten structure from traditional wheat flour. Take care not to over-knead the dough or the gluten will break down.
