Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/3 cupssugar
  3. 1/4 cupsbutter
  4. 2 1/2 teaspoonyeast
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 cupwarm milk
  7. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1 tablespooncinnamon powder
  9. Coconut pudding
  10. 1coconut
  11. Mixture of water and milk
  12. Mixture of 2 tablespoon of corn flour or plain flour and 1/2 cups of water
  13. Chocolate ganache
  14. 8 teaspoonicing sugar
  15. Mix
  16. 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  17. Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ingredients together and mix until it stop sticking to your hands. Leave for hours to rise

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top the flattened dough. Sprinkle some flour too to help it stick

    Roll the dough and cut using thread

    Place the rolls on your baking tray which have been spread over with butter and cover bake for 25-30 mins

    Grate and blend your coconut.Steve the blended coconut. Add sugar to the filtered coconut and put on fire.Mix 1 cup of powdered milk and water. When the coconut starts to boil Add the mixture into the pot and stir.Add the corn flour mixture

    Add 2 tablespoon of butter into a pot and melt. Add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder and stir. Add the icing sugar and lastly the milk mixture
