Tomato Pasta Sauce
Ok, I'm always in search of perfection as far as tomato sauce goes... It's my own personal "holy grail." (and please, to any and all "real chefs" out there, if you have any suggestions for this recipe, it would be more than welcome) My grandmother made amazing tomato sauce but died from Alzheimers before I could get the recipe from her. Since then I've been experimenting with this recipe constantly. I've tried numerous incarnations, numerous ingredient variants, etc. I feel as if I still don't have it down to perfection, but I have it good enough that it still yields a decent sauce. FYI: this recipe is for a big batch. I designed and cook it this way because it's simply delectable and is perfect to put in containers, freeze, and have on a night where you're simply too busy to make something homemade.P. S. - I know, it's strange putting butter in a tomato sauce, and it seems like alot of butter, but I assure you, that's what makes the recipe.

Simple Roast Beef with Thick Onion Sauce

Chicken in Worcestershire Sauce
It's time to return to healthy eating, low in carbohydrates and calories. This recipe was given to me many years ago by a dear aunt. She used to make it with bone-in legs and thighs, but I prefer it with boneless chicken breast pieces. Her recipe was more by feel, but here I list my preferred measurements. It's a very tasty, easy, hearty, and nutritious recipe.

Chinese Style Chicken Karaage with Aurora Chili Sauce
I often make this with chicken, which is cheaper than shrimp, with chili sauce, but I wanted to make something a little different, a sauce that was a bit spicy and creamy. I always used to mix some ketchup with chili sauce so I tried mixing some mayonnaise too to make an aurora sauce base. The sauce is quite thick, so you pour it over some quickly blanched bell peppers. By adjusting the amount of doubanjiang, even small children who don't like bell peppers should eat them up with the sauce. You can leave out the oyster sauce in the marinade. You can make up for it with Worcestershire sauce. The sauce goes well with fried squid or shrimp too, in which case use XO sauce instead of oyster sauce. Recipe by Sabumochi

All-Purpose Traditional Japanese Sauce (Dashi Soy Sauce)
I learned this from a friend who is a great cook, and have been using it every since. I modified the amounts so that it's easy to make.If you store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator, it will keep for a long time, so there's no need to worry about a best-by date.Combine with sugar and reduce to make a sweet-savory sauce. Add vinegar to make a dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings. Dilute with water, add a little mirin and salt and bring to a boil to make a noodle soup for udon or soba. You can use it generously in simmered dishes as well. Recipe by Kinakorin

Simple, Elegant, Authentic Meat Sauce
I asked for input from my husband and finally came up with something good. I wrote this down from memory.I always make a lot and freeze it.About 6-7 ladles' worth!-In Step 1, if you have the time cook the vegetables slowly.-Use whatever amounts of ketchup and Worcestershire-style sauce you like. I always just make visual estimates, so I just wrote down generally what I remembered.-Use flour to give it a thickness. Adjust as necessary depending on the amount of moisture. Recipe by Manamaron. Yields enough to fill one small saucepan.

Simple & Convenient Yakitori Sauce

Homemade Tomato Sauce
I make and store this sauce every year during tomato season. If you don't want the seeds in the sauce, you can strain the sauce to remove them. This tomato sauce goes well with anything.Leave the tomatoes out at room temperature.Since all you have to do is boil, peel and simmer the tomatoes, this is very easy to make. This sauce has a wide variety of uses, such as pasta or simmered tomatoes, and it's very convenient to have stored and ready to use. Jaggery tamarind sauce
People always used to make tamarind sauce with added sugar but I appreciate the jaggery sauce cuz it's life and taste both much better than sugary sauce. #teamtrees

Roasted Habanero Passion Fruit Hot Sauce
I created this recipe because I was always disappointed with my local selection of mass produced unhealthy hot sauce options. Hot sauce is a very hard thing to mess up and can be as simple or complicated as you want to make it. This recipe is fairly simple and utilizes all natural and fresh ingredients with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. The sweet and tart characteristics of the passion fruit and grapefruit pair well with the citrus heat of the habanero peppers while the Thai peppers add a little extra kick. The Anaheim pepper is naturally on the sweeter and more mild side and balances out the flavor of the other two peppers very nicely. The heat is strong but does not linger.

Crispy Fried Yakisoba Noodles with Ankake Sauce
I love anakake-style dishes and oyster sauce. I wanted to season the sauce using oyster sauce.I always make this by just kinda eye-balling the measurement so it was quite difficult to create a proper recipe.-Before adding the sauce ingredients stir well first because the katakuriko tends to sink to the bottom.-You can use any leftover ingredients you have at home!-Use any meat such as mince, ham and bacon! If you serve this for your friends use a large dish to share! In that case cut the noodles beforehand. Recipe by ariatowa
