Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowl Maida
  3. as requiredGhee
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspDry coriander
  7. as per tasteBlack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour and maida,1/2 spoon salt in a bowl and melted ghee. Make a dough of it with water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Knead it again and make it's balls. Roll the ball with the rolling pin as thin as you can by greasing it with ghee. Grease melted ghee on rolled paratha and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, dry coriander and give it only one fold. Cut it into thin strips with a sharp knife.

    Collect these strips and make it's in a roll with soft hand. Once again roll it with rolling pin softly.

    Roast it on a hot tawa from both sides.
