Heat oil in a pan and shellow fry potato chips.Take out in a plate. Take 1/2cup peas and coarsly crush. Mix coriander green chilli ginger garlic and onion and make a paste.

Now in oil add coriander paste and saute. Add half crushed peas add rest of peas salt and water cover the lid and cook on mid.slow flame. For 7-8min. Add coriander powder red chilli powder turmeric powder.mix well.

Now add fried potato chips mix well cook. Add garam masala and cover for 3-4 min. And serve with paratha or rice. TASTY NIMONA IS READY TO SERVE.
