Ingredients

  1. Flour 2 and halfcups
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2 table spoonsalt
  4. 3tblspn of butter
  5. 1tblspn of milk
  6. 1 teaspoonyeast
  7. 1egg
  8. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl add yeast and warm water

  2. 2

    Then add the dry ingredients together in a big bowl, add butter and half of the egg,use the remaining for egg wash

  3. 3

    Gradually add the yeast mixture to the Flour and start mixing

  4. 4

    Mix well till it forms a dough and kneed well till soft for about 7 minutes then cover and allow to double in size,egg wash and bake
