Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the yeast with 1/2 cup of sugar and water allow to rest for 3-5 min

In another bowl, sieve the flour, salt, 1/2cup of remaining sugar, milk,egg and mix for 7min

Add butter and mix well

Transfer to a bowl and add oil in the boil and around the dough and allow to rest for 1hour

In a pan pour in your groundnut oil and allow to heat up. Add your fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions, curry power, maggi cubes, and stir. Then add in your whisked raw eggs and salt to taste and allow to heat. Allow to cool then

Roll out your dough in the form of ball and add in your egg sauce into side and the. Roll out

Oil your pan and place in the roll out dough. Allow to rise for 1hour

Set your oven or local oven and bake for 10-15mins

Allow to cool then serve.
