  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. Water Roux (1 tbsp flour mix with 4tblsn of hot water,
  3. 1 1/2tableapoon yeast
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1 tablespoonCocoa powder
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. Salt tt
  8. 4tblspn sugar
  9. 4tblspn soft butter

    Sieve flour in bowl add in the yeast, sugar, 2 tableapoon butter, salt, egg, water roux and mix well until a dough is achieved.

    In a clean surface sprinkle some flour and knead the dough for 10 minutes and divide the dough into two equal.

    Take one and add in the cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of butter then mix and knead well until is well blended.

    Keep the two different dough in a bowl and insert a nylon in between them to avoid sticking, cover and let it rise until double in size

    After is done rising, then take the white dough first and roll it flat, then roll the other one with the cocoa on top of the with one,

    Make sure you roll them equally. You then roll the bread carefully into a log.

    Put inside a well greased pan, and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Then brush the top with egg white, and bake it for 20-25mins. Brush with egg white and milk 10mins before the complete baking time.

    Remove from oven or pot and let it cool for 2mins then wrap it up in a nylon bag., serve and enjoy.

    You can cut it into smaller part and bake in a cup cake tin, like mine👇👇👇👇👇
