Ingredients

  1. Water dough
  2. 4 cupsflour
  3. 1tblspn butter
  4. Water
  5. Salt
  6. Baking powder
  7. Oil dough
  8. 5 tbspnbutter
  9. 1 cupflour
  10. Fillings
  11. Diced boiled potatoes
  12. Boiled meat
  13. Seasoning and spices
  14. Pepper
  15. Onions
  16. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine 4 cups flour with 1 tbspn butter, salt and baking powder, add water and make a dough

    Combine 1 cup flour with 5 tbspn butter to make the oil dough

    In a pan add oil, onions nd pepper, fry for some minutes, add meat, then potatoes

    Add in seasonings, and 2 tspn Curry, fry for some minute, add ½cup water and cover to simmer

    Done

    Roll out the water dough and place the oil dough, then cover.

    Roll out the dough then roll it in a mat like form

    Roll again and make it into a mat like form

    Cut.

    Roll out, add fillings and cover

    Twist the edges
