Take a pan add (dried red chilli cumin seeds coriander seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cardamom green cardamon jaifal javatry roast and grind in mixer fain powder keep aside take a pan add besan, roast and keep aside.

Wash mince and drain water press with hands squeeze water take food processor (add onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves green chilies, curd, salt chat masala red chilli powder haldi powder roast kabab masala besan lemon juice) and grind in the food processor and keep in freeze overnight.

Next day make fine seekh kabab with the help of swekers.

Take grilled pan add oil and fry kabab for the smoky effect you can use hot coal, and garnish with onion tomato mint green chilli lemon

Enjoy with curd and chutney.
