A regular salad with a summer twist.

My mum loves salads, recently I make her salads every other day for breakfast and she said this one was exceptionally good so I decided to share the recipe.

This was inspired by my friends Mandy and Cecelia who away encourages me to eat my veggies. This Salad is altered to feed large to small groups.Just let the food God's guide you with your measures

Wanted a light salad to go with dinner.

Vegetable salad with mayonnaise dressing combines the crunchy sweetness of vegetables with the creamy taste of mayonnaise, creating a refreshing and healthy dish that's also great for your skin!

I wanted to make a salad with plenty of sesame seeds and no oil.I use a slicer (mandoline) to shred the cabbage.I also use the slicer for the carrots, slicing it thinly on it then cutting the slices with a knife. For about 4 servings. Recipe by Plus Nine

I used them because they were leftovers in refrigerator and cooked for quick lunch

High in vitamins and iron

I recreated the salad that's sold at the deli counter in a certain department store food hall. I think that they use red onion rather than regular onions, and chicken rather than ham, but I adapted it to use ingredients that I can easily get at our neighborhood supermarket.If the salad is lacking in tartness, add a little lemon juice or vinegar. You can use any type of ham you like, but I recommend pastrami. Recipe by r2230
