Ingredients

  1. leafAfang
  2. leafWater
  3. Onions
  4. pepper
  5. crayfish
  6. prewinkle
  7. fish
  8. stockfish
  9. meat
  10. Palm oil
  11. seasoning
  12. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the stockfish 1st before adding d meat

  2. 2

    Fry d waterleaf with palm oil

  3. 3

    Add pepper, salt, seasoning, fish,crayfish.

    Then add the meat and stockfish

  5. 5

    Stir and allow to boil.

    Check d quantity of water because waterleaf also has it water

  7. 7

    Add meat stock or water as needed. Allow to cook.

    Then add d prewinkle, leave for 2mins to cook.

  9. 9

    Then add your Afang leaf which is the main ingredient allow to cook for 2-5minutes

  10. 10

    Then bring your pot down.

    Serve with any swallow of your choice.
