Ingredients

  1. leafAfang
  2. leafWater
  3. Meat
  4. Stock fish
  5. Periwinkle
  6. Pepper
  7. Salt
  8. Know Maggi
  9. Palm oil
  10. Crafish
  11. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Spice your meat and stock fish then cook.

  2. 2

    When it boils for 5min add periwinkle and cook till done.

  3. 3

    Blend pepper and crafish and set aside.

  4. 4

    Then add enough Palm oil to steam fry for 5min.

  5. 5

    Add in pounded afang leaf and continue to stir.

  6. 6

    Add the steamed meat+salt,periwinkle+ stock fish.

  7. 7

    Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to boil for 5min.

  8. 8

    Serve with fufu

  9. 9

    Wash water leaf and steam on medium heat till water dries
