Soak and pile the beans back.and soak into water for 20mints

Slice the onion and wash the scotch bonnet.

Remove the beans from the water and add the onion and pepper and blend to smooth paste.

After blending the beans,add the 1 and half cup of water,oil,seasoning,saltand spicy and mix together.

Finally you will tie it in white leather and set pot on fire with water inside and cook for 1hour.

When the moi-moi do not stick on the leather so its ready

I grilled my chicken from frozen with the ninja foodie grill, then removed the grill plate , cleaned out inter pan , spray or nonstick spray add in my cooked chicken then my Sauce and cooked it for an additional 10 minutes. I had forgotten to get my chicken out so this is how i did it from frozen and with the ninja foodie grill. I also prefer to cook this way and not with my oven, but thats me.Enjoy 😉 ( i like my sauce like that way timer still had 4 mins to go but i stop it at that point so not a full ten mins on the baking setting when using the ninja foodie grill. )#12plates
