It's been raining incessantly where I live, and was craving something hot, didn't want something fried in oil, not did I want to use regular flour.Been stuffing myself with a lot of cheese loaded baked goods over the past week and therefore was forced to experiment with wheat flour and making these crispy savoury bakes with minimal oil. Absolutely happy with the end product. Am gonna keep baking these quite often from now :) soba08
